At Legacy Apartments we provide on-site management for your convenience. We answer any and all inquiries quickly and efficiently.

Showings are done by appointment only. Contact the office directly.

ON-SITE MAINTENANCE

Maintenance is located on-site and works to meet your expectations and complete all work orders in a timely manner. In case of any after-hours maintenance emergencies, don't worry! We have you covered.

Anytime we have an issue (for example a gas leak), the maintenance man was available to help us after midnight and has a new oven delivered the next day. I cannot say enough positive things about Legacy. They were a pleasure to work with, very attentive and quick to fix/solve issues properly. Very honest. They work so hard to keep rent low even though they could easily charge more than they do. They were extremely accomodating as we were getting ready to move into our house and kept needing extensions. They were very kind and generous. Thank you Marc and the rest of the Legacy/Northview staff for an amazing 8.5 years!

My wife and I have just started our second year and we love it here! Compared to the previous places we have lived, the management and neighbors here are nice, courteous, and respectful. When we've had maintenance issues, management has been very prompt and caring in resolving these issues. The rates are generously lower than surrounding areas and the amenities are great (with awesome W/D hookups as well as a new AC unit!) It's very peaceful here and the neighbors and nice and friendly. We honestly don't have any complaints living here at Legacy!
